Quality Manager

About the Quality Manager Role:

In this vital function, you will play an important leader role to direct, control and organise the effective operation with quality issues of the plant, leading team towards sustainable operation. You will enjoy competitive base salary with bonus and provident fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Established quality standards and parameter for products
• Transfer quality standards and parameters to related departments
• Manages new model handling and customer audit
• Identifies and analyses issues, defects, and problems of the products; as well as recommends and facilitates solution to the issues
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
• Responsible for client feedback
• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality and attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures
• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, surveillance audits; customer audit; investigation customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product, manufacturing, and training methods
• Oversees the workflow and schedules of the department
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to deliver work under pressure with strong leadership skills

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level qualification in Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ related field
• Solid experiences in chemistry industry, automotive industry, and manufacturing
• Team management experience
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001
• Ability to provide effective leadership in a manufacturing environment is essential
• Good command of Thai and English is a must due to the nature of its business
