HSE Manager

A market leading packaging company is seeking a high calibre HSE Manager (x 1 vacancy) to be based at their plant in Rayong, Thailand, to be responsible for improving and maintaining health, safety and environmental activities in accordance with their global regulations and policies.

About the HSE Manager Role:

Reporting to Plant Manager (Foreigner). This is a great opportunity for a seasoned HSE Manager to play a vital role to ensure that the company safety policies are effectively established, updated, well understood, practically implemented, and maintained by both safety and other departments in the manufacturing plant. You will enjoy provident fund and bonus for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure and continuously improve on occupational health, safety, and environmental protection for all activities in the plant and drive zero accident mindset to all stakeholders
• Drive the performance of TPM pillars and World Class Manufacturing plans, and initiate culture changes project to continuously develop effective and safe working environment
• Advise internal stakeholders on all aspects of occupational health and safety, environmental protection and provide training programme
• Investigate and analyse all HSE incidents, risk, or unsafe practices within the area, and conduct incident reports to share preventive action plan, finding and learning with leaders of operations
• Monitor compliance with HSE policies, with company's internal regulations
• Develop and maintain appropriate health, safety, plant security and environmental actions, and procedures, and regularly monitor ongoing improvement

An outstanding and progressive HSE Manager is required for this rewarding role.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in HSE
• At least eight years of HSE experience in manufacturing industry with multi-national companies
• Great interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of TPM pillars or World Class Manufacturing
• Excellent command of English and Thai due to the nature of business
