Senior Manager - Facilities Management (Retail)

Senior Manager is responsible for overall asset management and administration of all foundation facilities. Areas of responsibility include property management services; real estate; building/capital equipment projects; facilities maintenance and janitorial services; centralized purchasing; long range planning; safety, environmental sustainability and disaster resilience for HO / Store.

1.Facilitate strategic planning and needs assessment for HO/Store facilities and assets.

2.Lead the development and implementation of facility operations policies and procedures.

3.Develop and update a long-range capital improvement and equipment plan annually.

4.Manage contracts with outside firms for maintenance services and develop operations policies.

5.Ensure smooth, secure, and well-maintained HO/Store buildings.

6.Regularly monitor building and equipment conditions, reporting to senior management.

7.Support successful execution of space projects with minimal deviations from plans.

8.Manage compliance with building codes, inspections, energy control, and safety regulations.

9.Implement safety efforts, educate leaders, and reduce on-the-job accidents.

10.Identify, negotiate, and oversee contractual services for buildings (leases, maintenance, etc.).
