What you'll do:

As Technical Service Manager Lubricants, you will play a pivotal role in guiding technical teams towards excellence in product application and customer support. What you bring:

To excel as Technical Service Manager Lubricants, you will bring extensive experience gained from working within multinational environments where collaboration is key. Your background should include deep familiarity with lubricant technologies as well as proven success supporting technical teams through complex challenges.

  • A relevant degree in Chemical Engineering or a similar discipline would be highly advantageous for this role.
  • At least ten years of experience working within a global or multinational organisation in a comparable position within the lubricants industry is required.
  • A thorough technical understanding of lubricants and their applications is essential for success in this position.
  • High mobility is necessary as you must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to meet business requirements across various locations.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for building effective partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding English language proficiency is compulsory for clear interactions with international stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in HSSE practices ensures safe and responsible operations throughout all activities undertaken.
