What you'll do:

As a Senior Sustainability Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sustainable agriculture program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing strategic plans for sustainable sourcing, communicating these strategies effectively, and conducting regular assessments to ensure alignment with these strategies. You will work closely with external stakeholders on regenerative agriculture projects, supporting farmer engagement with new technology. Your role will also involve designing and delivering training programs on sustainability topics.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve 100% sustainable sourcing of raw materials
• Communicate a clear sustainability strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy
• Conduct effective sustainability self-assessments, identifying gaps and setting goals
• Collaborate with external stakeholders on regenerative agriculture and sustainability projects
• Support farmer engagement with new technology
• Develop and implement plans to reduce environmental footprints, enhance social impacts, and increase economic benefits
• Design and deliver training programs on sustainability topics

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Sustainability Supervisor role is someone who is passionate about sustainability and has proven experience working with farmers and suppliers. You should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication skills in English. The ability to travel domestically for site visits is also required.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• Understanding about sustainability
• Experience in sustainability (focusing on farmers and suppliers)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiating skills
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to travel domestically for site visits
