Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for Design & Delivery in the EMEA region. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead teams, manage and deliver mid-scale workplace projects across brands and respective functions within the boundaries of time, cost & quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all properties, design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s.
- Lead and manage teams to successfully deliver workplace design, construction and facility projects.
- Develop and manage budgets and schedules for projects.
- Implement and ensure compliance to workplace policies and project management standards.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Manager for Design & Delivery in the EMEA region, you will be at the forefront of managing mid-scale workplace projects. Your role will involve leading teams, developing budgets, managing schedules, ensuring compliance to workplace policies, managing change approaches for respective projects, identifying project dependencies, forming and leading multi-functional project teams. You will also work closely with regional Workplaces Managers, local business units, EMEA stakeholders to develop financial analyses, Capital Appropriation Requests, annual Capital Budgets.
- Manage proposal and selection process for design and project management services.
- Partner with regional Workplaces Managers and local business units for the development of financial analyses and Capital Appropriation Requests.
- Work with EMEA stakeholders to develop the annual Capital Budget.
- Compile, analyse and prepare data from different tools for reports.
- Manage the change management approach for respective project.
- Finalize all activities across the projects to formally close and hand over the project.
- Identify project dependencies and their impact, raise dependency issues with the project sponsor.
- Form and lead multi-functional project team resources to deliver and support projects.
What you bring:
As a Senior Manager for Design & Delivery in the EMEA region, you bring a wealth of experience in guiding project manager teams. You have strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in finance. Your excellent communication skills allow you to interact effectively at all levels of business. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures. You have proven experience managing complex projects on a global level. You are fluent in English (both verbal and written) and proficient in MS-Office.
