Our client is seeking a Test & Debug Technical Manager to join their team in Chonburi. This role is pivotal in managing resources effectively, accepting, transferring, installing, improving and maintaining automatic test equipment and test programs used for product testing and design verification. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of production test strategies based on product design specifications.

What you'll do:
As a Test & Debug Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of production test strategies based on product design specifications. You will lead the procurement, qualification, and installation support for manufacturing across the factory. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you optimize the test process with a focus on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield across a factory serving multiple customers. Your responsibilities will also include managing STRESS TEST OPERATIONS: ESD Controls, ESS Hardware, ESS Profile. Your innovative approach will be key in successfully designing the automated debug of PCBA with VBA application.
- Lead the development of test plans and requirements for customer products including both hardware and software elements.
- Lead the procurement, qualification, and installation support for manufacturing across the factory.
- Be accountable for the test process optimization with a focus on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield across a factory serving multiple customers.
- Manage STRESS TEST OPERATIONS: ESD Controls, ESS Hardware, ESS Profile.
- Successfully design the automated debug of PCBA with VBA application.
