What you'll do:
As an R&D Manager in the Beverage sector, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's product development efforts. You will oversee the entire R&D process from concept to commercialisation, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in correcting research issues and ensuring smooth operation of production lines. You will also be responsible for analysing product quality and production costs, studying international food safety laws, and managing the R&D budget effectively.
- Oversee the R&D process from concept to commercialisation

- Correct research issues and problems to ensure smooth operation line running

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this R&D Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in the F&B industry. With a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Food Science, you will have spent at least 10 years honing your skills in R&D within this sector. Your experience should include at least 5 years at a managerial level focusing on product research and development. Your knowledge of product development, food laws, GMP, HACCP, ISO standards and food production processes will be key to your success in this role.

- Strong experience in R&D within F&B Industry at least 10 years
