An excellent Continuous Improvement (x1 vacancy) job in Saraburi has just arisen at one of the world's leading building construction material companies. Your main responsibility is to to support continuous improvement projects for both manufacturing and commercial units.
About the CI Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will lead and drive CI projects by identify GAP or area of improvement in the operations with propose solution to de-bottle neck them. You will also work closely across department heads and engaged with 360 degree stakeholders. The role offers attractive bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide lean an continuous improvement expertise primarily focused on industrial and production efficiency
- To lead, influence and act as change agent by empowering, coaching and facilitating for continuous improvement activities
- To support and ensure that all manufacturing sites and commercial are comply and follow audit and compliance
- To conduct and implement CI with industry best practice
To succeed in the CI Manager job, you will need to have minimum 8 years of experience in CI or lean with the ability to work effectively and cooperatively 360 degree stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an industrial engineering (preferably) or related
- Qualification in Lean Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma or manufacturing technical shop floor experience or Green Belt or Black belt
- A leadership and communication style that motivates and engages both individuals and teams
- Demonstrably significant skill enhancement tools that are preferably aligned with Six Sigma Techniques
- Good command in English and ability to work at Saraburi
