What you'll do:

As Process Engineering Manager – Greenfield Cable Assemblies, you will play a central role in shaping the future of global manufacturing for high-speed cable assemblies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge process technologies that support both current production requirements and next-generation advancements.

• Develop manufacturing process technology for OTB high-speed cable assembly, Busbar, and Power Cables portfolios to meet both immediate and future needs in precision, performance, and cost.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to provide meaningful design-for-manufacturing input that drives efficient production outcomes.
• Work hand-in-hand with plant operations teams to ensure seamless transfer of new process technology into high-volume production environments.
• Create value by deploying innovative manufacturing approaches and technologies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Set relevant and actionable performance goals aligned with business unit strategy while focusing on capability development within your team.
• Build a robust talent pipeline by identifying skillset gaps, planning for succession, assessing fit, hiring diverse talent, and nurturing professional growth.

What you bring:

To excel as Process Engineering Manager – Greenfield Cable Assemblies, you will bring substantial experience leading large-scale engineering teams through successful new product launches. Your background should include deep familiarity with process verification methods as well as ramping up manufacturing operations globally.

• Proven experience leading global teams of 25 or more engineers or engineering leaders in successfully executing new product launches within complex manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in product or process development organisations with familiarity in process verification and scaling manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; Master’s degree or higher preferred for advanced technical knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge across multiple manufacturing domains such as stamping, plating, molding, soldering, high-speed cable assembly, PLC systems, materials science (metal alloys & resins), laser ablation/welding.
