What you'll do:

As Laboratory Manager – Electronics for Automotive and Electronics based in Chonburi, you will be entrusted with overseeing daily operations in a cutting-edge testing facility. Your role will involve optimising processes to ensure timely delivery of results that meet stringent industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify customer requirements, support sales activities, and contribute meaningfully to management discussions.

The packages include base salary + performance bonus + provident fund

  • Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations for electronics testing within the automotive and electronics sectors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end testing process to consistently meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and reliability.
  • Optimise laboratory productivity by streamlining workflows, reducing testing periods, and implementing best practices for resource allocation.
  • Maintain equipment performance by scheduling regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues promptly, and driving continuous improvements in machine efficiency.
  • Support the sales team by clarifying technical requirements, participating in client meetings, and conducting site visits to better understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with higher management to identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and process improvements that maximise profitability.
  • Provide valuable input during management meetings on operational challenges, strategic planning, and long-term lab development initiatives.
