What you'll do:

As a Foam Tooling Manager based in Rayong, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of foam manufacturing across Asia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with both local and global teams to ensure that every aspect of foam tooling meets rigorous quality standards.

• Collaborate with global tooling teams to introduce innovative tooling technologies to joint ventures across the region, promoting knowledge-sharing and technical advancement.
• Support joint ventures by implementing tooling modifications aimed at reducing foam rework and scrap ratios, thereby improving overall production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement activities focused on enhancing engineering competitiveness and increasing customer satisfaction through process optimisation.
• Approve foam tooling designs for other regions, ensuring consistency in quality standards and technical requirements across multiple locations.

What you bring:

Your background as a Foam Tooling Manager will demonstrate not only technical expertise but also an ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams. You bring extensive experience in reaction injection moulding processes along with practical skills in modifying foam tooling using industry-standard tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in engineering preferred
• 10 years of working experience in the field of reaction injection mold
• Hands-on experience on foam tooling modification, capable of using various
• tools
• Solid experience on AutoCAD and Catia. Familiar with tooling and fixture design
• Ability to be based in Rayong
• All nationalities are welcome
