What you'll do:

As an Automation and Process Design Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in transforming our client's production processes. You will lead mechanical, process design, and automation engineers to design robust and efficient production equipment. Your work will involve improving material handling and processing techniques to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency. You will also conduct feasibility studies for upgrading existing machinery with modern automation components. Furthermore, you will manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of new technology.

• Design, prototype, and oversee the fabrication and implementation of new machinery for ceramic production.
• Develop high-performance automation systems to improve production speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify and implement new manufacturing methods to improve process efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality.
• Design and implement semi-automated and fully automated production lines for ceramic manufacturing.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of machine development and process innovation projects from concept to full-scale implementation.
• Guide and support new engineers in developing automation expertise by identifying necessary skills and training programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or equivalent).
• 7-10+ years of experience in Machine Design, Process Engineering, and Automation Development in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in designing, fabricating, and commissioning new industrial machines.
• Strong background in process optimization and automation for ceramic or similar industries.
• Ability to manage large-scale engineering projects from concept to production.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Able to work 2 Sat/ month
