Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:
As an Operational Excellence Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency within our client's fast-paced FMCG environment. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and successfully operating the Continuous Improvement Methodology process in the factory. Your ability to set program plans that align with business goals will be crucial in this role. You will also propose yearly priority focus activities in line with the masterplan, ensuring that site manufacturing plans are aligned with category manufacturing strategies. Your leadership skills will shine as you lead improvement activities, implement appropriate reviews, serve as a resource and coach for manufacturing processes.
- Implement, manage, and operate the continuous improvement methodology process in the factory
- Develop a program plan to ensure alignment between functions for comprehensive coordination and business focus by factory.
- Identify and propose yearly priority activities in alignment with the masterplan.
- Ensure that the site’s manufacturing master plan and actions are aligned with the overall category manufacturing strategy.
- Coordinate the creation of the manufacturing preparation phase plan, monitor progress, and lead problem resolution efforts.
- Lead the FI pillar to drive improvement initiatives and collaborate with the plant manager on progress updates and required support.
- Establish appropriate review mechanisms to assess the progress of both pillars and departments in their manufacturing plans.
- Serve as a key leader in the coordination and execution of these initiatives.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Over 10 years' experience in Engineering, Process Engineering, Production or Manufacturing Excellence
- Solid experience and proven achievement in driving continuous improvement concepts; Lean, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or World Class Manufacturing (WCM) experience, preferably within FMCG industry
- Fluent language ability both Thai and English
