Our client is looking for a talented and experienced R&D Process Development Manager to join their team in Chonburi. What you'll do:
As an R&D Process Development Manager, you will be essential in driving innovation across a range of product categories. Your daily responsibilities will include leading the creation of test plans, analyzing data, developing scalable process specifications, recommending quality control measures, exploring innovative processing methods, and offering technical support. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team that values teamwork and collective expertise.
- Oversee the creation of test plans, experimental setups, test execution, and data collection for both pilot and full-scale production.
- Analyze data using Six Sigma tools and determine when advanced data analysis support is needed.
- Develop and deliver scalable process specifications in collaboration with Product Development and Supply Engineering teams.
- Suggest, test, and validate controls for monitoring key quality attributes of products.
- Explore and assess innovative processing options according to product needs.
- Offer technical support to Product Development, Quality, and Supply teams for both new and existing processes.

The ideal candidate for the R&D Process Development Manager role will have extensive experience and expertise in engineering disciplines such as food, mechanical, or chemical engineering. You should be comfortable with international travel for work and possess a solid understanding of food science and manufacturing processes. Your capacity to quickly acquire new skills, combined with excellent project management abilities, will set you apart. Additionally, your proficiency in Root Cause Analysis methods highlights your strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (preferably food, mechanical, or chemical engineering).
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately one-third of the time.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, food science, and food manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Root Cause Analysis methods with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
