An exciting CNC Technical Manager (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at a glass and metal part manufacturer, based in Rayong, Thailand.
About the CNC Technical Manager Role:
In this vital function, you will play an important leader role to direct, control and organise all machine reliability, leading team towards sustainable and ensure optimum capital utilisation. You will be sent abroad to Europe and Asia for a year before coming back to build your team and work in a newly established plant in Rayong. The role offers attractive allowance and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine start-up, at newly established plant
- Supervise day to day management
- Supervise/Coordinate Machining, CNC, 2D & 3D CAD, and CAM processes
- Develop documentation about the equipment and production process
- Responsible for process setting up
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to deliver under pressure.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Material Science
- At least five years working experience
- Strong technical knowledge in CNC Machine, CAD/CAM (Catia)
- Ability to provide effective leadership in a manufacturing environment is essential
- Business level of English is a must due to the nature of its business
