An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join a leading automotive manufacturing organisation based in Samutprakarn. What you'll do:

As a Production Manager , you will play an integral role in guiding multiple teams towards achieving excellence in automotive piping engine manufacturing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around optimising production processes by leveraging your deep understanding of engineering principles and industry best practices.

• Advise on best practices in piping engine manufacturing within the automotive sector, drawing upon your extensive industry experience.
• Review existing production engineering processes and implement enhancements aimed at reducing waste, improving cycle times, and maintaining high safety standards throughout the facility.
• Ensure all products consistently meet customer requirements as well as internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance data closely to identify trends, analyse results, and recommend actionable improvements for greater operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to drive shared goals.

What you bring:

Your extensive experience within the automotive sector—particularly focused on piping engine production—will be instrumental in driving success as a Production Manager.

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in automotive manufacturing with specific expertise in piping engine production.
• Comprehensive background covering both production piping design as well as research & development (R&D) roles within piping engine manufacturing environments.
• Extensive knowledge of production engineering concepts alongside proficiency in design methodologies relevant to piping systems.
• Demonstrated capability in overseeing quality control (QC) processes and implementing robust quality assurance (QA) measures across manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with forming, bending, drawing, welding techniques and other essential manufacturing processes utilised in automotive settings.
• Familiarity with jigs and tooling design used during both production phases and inspection procedures for optimal output quality.
