Our client, a leading FMCG group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to lead and scale multi-plant manufacturing operations across international sites. What you'll do:

As a Global Operations Director, you will be at the forefront of our client's international manufacturing operations. Your primary focus will be on two major plants in China. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations across these facilities, driving operational excellence and cost efficiency. Your role will also involve establishing global operational standards and best practices. Leading cross-functional teams, you will work closely with country leadership to ensure the smooth running of all operations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Operations Director position brings a wealth of experience in operations, particularly within the FMCG manufacturing sector. With at least 15 years' experience in operations and 5 years in a senior leadership role, you have proven your ability to manage multi-site operations in Asia. Your strong leadership skills are complemented by your strategic planning abilities and change management capabilities. Fluency in English is essential for this role, while Mandarin proficiency would be advantageous.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in operations
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role in FMCG, food and beverage manufacturing
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations in Asia
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and change management capabilities
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
