What you'll do:

As a Senior Production Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations in Nakhon Ratchasima. Your primary role will be to oversee daily starch production activities while ensuring efficiency and quality. You will act as a critical decision-maker, swiftly solving problems to ensure seamless operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain will be an integral part of your role. Championing safety compliance and managing operational risks proactively will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will take ownership of continuous improvement projects aligned with the Performance System to achieve plant KPIs.

  • Manage a 24/7 operational environment effectively.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Production Manager position brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. You have at least five years of supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing, ideally within food production. A solid understanding of production processes, planning and basic engineering principles is essential for this role. You are computer literate, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Experience in Modified/Native starch production, tapioca grinding or related food manufacturing would be a significant advantage. Your strong analytical skills and business acumen enable you to identify the best options in cost-benefit scenarios. Lastly, your effective communication, interpersonal skills and leadership inspire teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
