They are currently seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:

As a Production Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the Excellence model within the Production Cell. Your focus will be on eliminating losses through root cause analysis while maintaining our client's unique excellence methodology. You will act as part of a wider production team to deliver operation performance targets across productivity, cost, quality, delivery, safety and more. Your role will also involve managing production processes, leading meetings, ensuring safe work practices, resolving customer complaints and managing department costs.

• Manage and improve cell performances to achieve business needs and KPIs.
• Ensure the implementation of all EHS requirements and safe work practices.
• Resolve customer complaint-related issues through action plans.
• Manage department costs and assets within the agreed budget.
• Propose developmental and investment projects for own cell structure.
• Provide floor coaching on DMS, Loss elimination, Skill development, Technical Mastery.

• Competence in Microsoft applications.
• Strong technical skills in Lean, TPM or Excellence Manufacturing Model.
• Experience in reliability improvement projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and systematic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently and concisely.
