• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing, preferably in the industrial or consumer goods sector.
• Proven leadership in managing high-volume production teams
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
