What you'll do:
As a Production Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing and directing the overall production department. Your role will involve controlling and analysing production data, proposing action plans for improvement, enforcing safety measures, and working closely with the maintenance department. You will also be responsible for analysing variable costs and implementing strategies to reduce these costs. - Control and analyse production data to understand performance and ensure quality reporting
- Propose and implement action plans to guarantee and improve plant performance
- Inspect and communicate with maintenance department regarding machine and equipment conditions to prevent failures

- Analyse production variable costs monthly to detect and prevent over-usage of raw materials
- Propose and implement action plans on raw materials and production process to reduce production variable cost
