- Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in operations management in Food, Beverage, FMGC industry.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of production equipment, automation systems, and plant maintenance processes.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to reduce costs, improve productivity, and ensure product quality.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance (e.g., HACCP, ISO certifications).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent Thai and English communication
