Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead, organise, and coordinate the production departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency, quality control, and optimal resource utilisation across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing AOP, implementing strategies to improve productivity, and achieving organisational goals. They will also ensure HSE compliance with zero accidents and environmental claims.

What you'll do:
As a Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operations of our client's production departments. Your excellent leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring efficient processes, quality control, and optimal resource utilisation. You will be responsible for managing AOP, implementing strategies to improve productivity, and achieving organisational goals across various departments. Your commitment to continuous improvement and Lean culture will drive the success of the plant's KPIs/goals. Furthermore, your dedication to HSE compliance will ensure a safe working environment with zero accidents or environmental claims.
- Lead, organise, and coordinate the production departments as an entrepreneur
- Ensure efficient processes, quality control, and optimal resource utilisation by leading teams
- Manage AOP and implement strategies to improve productivity and achieve organisational goals across various departments
- Minimise Operation Variance and manage plant P&L to ensure less variance from planned
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean culture as a key lever driver with team
- In charge of plant KPI / Goal
- Ensure quality of product meets customer requirements and optimise inventory
- Ensure Delivery Service to customers are being met
- Ensure HSE compliance with zero accident, zero environmental claim
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Plant Manager position brings a wealth of experience in operations management. With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Logistics and Procurement, Financial Management or equivalent field, you possess the necessary academic background. Your knowledge of Lean principles, ISO & IATF standards, along with safety for management level equips you with the tools needed to excel in this role. With 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar position including at least 3 years at a management level, you are ready to take on this challenging role.
