Our client, a world-leading food manufacturer, is seeking a high-calibre Production Manager based in Chonburi, Thailand. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing production and ensuring high efficiency.

What you'll do:

As a Production Manager, your primary role will be to lead the food production process, ensuring that production capacity meets requirements and that the production plan is delivered safely and on time.

• Manage food production (Mixing & Packing Process) to control production performances to meet the company target.
• Supervise warehousing activities including quality, integrity management, production planning, raw materials inventory and KPI driven performance improvement.
• Monthly cost control of all manufacturing cost centres with focusing on cost reduction and improvement.
• Organise competency assessments for the team, define gaps and take developmental actions accordingly.
• Responsible for daily management of business operations to ensure effective resources allocation are provided and proper solutions are given.
• Implement and monitor all corporate policies, procedures, instructions, and programmes related to manufacturing operations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Production Manager must have at least 5 -10 years working experience in a leadership role within the food or FMCG industry would be preferable.

• Bachelor’s degree with Food Technology/Science or Engineering; MBA degree is a plus.y.
• Ability to listen & integrate business needs with detailed technical inputs.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience of small diverse operational teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in SAP system, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing process.
• Fluency in English.
