What you'll do:
As a Factory Manager in the electronics industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing global strategies at a local level, developing performance targets, evaluating market opportunities, ensuring profitable business growth, overseeing production of high-quality products, services, and processes, building strong relationships with customers, and supporting relevant R&D initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of performance within the organisation.
- Implement the Global Product Group strategy in the HUB, ensuring business development and profit and loss (P&L) in domestic and allocated markets.
- Develop performance targets in line with global targets and ensure achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
- Evaluate market opportunities and decide appropriate activities in line with the strategy.
- Ensure profitable business growth in the domestic and allocated market.
- Oversee production of high-quality products, services, and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Support relevant Research and Development initiatives.
