The successful candidate will be responsible for overall plant operation, managing profit & loss, ensuring high quality of product and customer satisfaction. What you'll do:

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations. You will oversee all aspects of plant operation, from managing profit & loss to ensuring the high quality of our products. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you manage a large team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Your passion for craftsmanship combined with your expertise in applying digitalisation and automation technology will be key in driving innovation within our manufacturing processes.

  • Oversee all aspects of plant operation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage profit & loss, making strategic decisions to maximise profitability
  • Ensure the high quality of products, maintaining our commitment to excellence
  • Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product delivery
  • Implement digitalisation and automation technology within the manufacturing process
  • Lead a team of over 1,000 people, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement and innovation within the operations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Chief Operating Officer role brings extensive experience managing large teams within a manufacturing operation setting. You have a strong understanding of digitalisation and automation technology, which you have successfully applied in previous roles.   • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
  • Over 10 years’ work experience in management level in medical device, craftsmanship, design, semi-conductor or related industry
  • Proven experience managing large teams in a manufacturing operation setting and applying digitalisation and automation technology to the processes
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to make strategic decisions to drive profitability, strong business acumen
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service
  • Experience in continuous improvement strategies within operations
  • Ability to work based in Northern Thailand and travel to multiple sites nationwide
