About the Assistant/ Production Manager – Electronics Manufacturing Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supervising, and improving production process to ensure efficiency and profitability of the plant. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating team and be a key person to review and report KPI monthly. The salary and benefit are competitive with attractive bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist production manager duties as requires in a production line on daily basis
• To develop and deploy strategies to maintain and improve production performance, cost saving, and investment plan
• To plan, manage and motivate production manpower to meet production requirement, ensure performance of staffs and machine
• To ensure production cost and improve profitability
• To manage and maintain work orders and shop floor control in ERP system
• To provide department KPI monthly report with improvement action plan

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Electronic Assembly and five years’ experience in management level
• Good command for English and computer skills
• Strong leadership, good attitude, and problem- solving skills
• Ability to work in Bangpoo Industrial estate and work in night shift
