A respected global service provider is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of their Thailand site operations in Rayong. What you'll do:

You will be instrumental in resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed efficiently while maintaining open communication channels with customers to address their needs swiftly. By fostering strong client relationships and supporting sales initiatives through your technical acumen.

• Supervise and guide the service team to ensure delivery of high-quality aftermarket support that meets customer expectations and company standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently across the site to fulfil service commitments and achieve optimal turnaround times for repair and maintenance projects.
• Monitor key performance metrics regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support for workshop activities, ensuring all processes align with established quality standards and technical specifications.
• Drive improvements in repair, maintenance, and assembly operations by promoting best practices and encouraging knowledge sharing among team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining open lines of communication to resolve issues promptly and strengthen client relationships.
• Build lasting partnerships with key clients by delivering exceptional service experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support sales and aftermarket initiatives through your technical expertise, collaborating closely with commercial teams to deliver seamless solutions

What you bring:

To excel as Site Operations Manager in Rayong, your background should reflect substantial experience managing service operations within engineering or Oil & Gas maintenance environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline is required for this position as it provides essential foundational knowledge.
• At least five years’ experience in service operations or engineering services within Oil & Gas maintenance is necessary to ensure familiarity with industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively by fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth among colleagues.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations relevant to workshop operations is vital for maintaining compliance across all activities.
• Ability to be based in Rayong full time
