Engineering Manager – FMCG

What you'll do:

• Lead site engineering activities covering large-scale capital projects and oversee maintenance and utilities operations to ensure equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and cost control
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to optimize CAPEX and OPEX efficiency
• Ensure all engineering and construction activities comply with HSE, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Drive TPM and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and minimize downtime
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining effective change management and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the food, beverage, or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in managing CAPEX projects, factory expansions, and equipment installation.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, utilities management, and TPM principles.
• Skilled in budget planning, cost control, and compliance with HSE and GMP standards.
• Effective leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilities.
• Excellent command of Thai and English at business proficiency level.
