A leading organisation in the fast-moving consumer goods sector is seeking a Maintenance and Utilities Manager to join their Rayong facility.

What you'll do:

As Maintenance and Utilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of equipment upkeep within the facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing both planned preventative maintenance programmes as well as responding swiftly to any breakdowns or malfunctions. You will guide your team through complex technical challenges while maintaining clear communication with shift managers to ensure smooth operations.

• Oversee daily operations related to maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Manage reactive maintenance activities by promptly addressing dysfunctional machinery and utilities in coordination with shift management teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team by fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Implement total preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and enhance equipment reliability across all production lines.
• Monitor budgetary spending on maintenance activities and provide accurate cost reporting to support financial planning.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance and Utilities Manager position brings extensive experience from engineering disciplines such as electrical or mechanical fields.

• Hold a degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent qualification relevant to industrial maintenance management.
• Demonstrate 5-10 years’ experience in managerial roles within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Proven track record implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies focused on Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
• Advanced proficiency using SAP for maintenance scheduling, resource management, and reporting purposes.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential for effective communication across teams.
