An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Maintenance Manager (x1 vacancy) to take charge of comprehensive maintenance operations at a leading organisation in Chonburi. What you'll do:

As a Maintenance Manager based in Chonburi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all facility assets through effective planning and execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee machinery uptime while nurturing a culture of safety and continuous learning among your staff.

The pacage includes base salary + guaranteed bonus + performance bonus

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime for production operations.
  • Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedules designed to extend equipment lifespan and proactively prevent unexpected breakdowns or disruptions.
  • Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate the maintenance team to foster high performance while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards at all times.
  • Diagnose technical issues efficiently by applying advanced troubleshooting skills; carry out timely repairs or coordinate with external contractors when necessary to restore functionality quickly.
  • Manage maintenance budgets effectively by controlling costs, optimising resource allocation, overseeing spare parts inventory, and ensuring efficient use of tools.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are fully compliant with internal policies as well as industry standards and health and safety regulations relevant to industrial environments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for procurement of services, spare parts, equipment upgrades or replacements while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Maintain the overall condition of the physical infrastructure including electrical systems, plumbing networks, HVAC units, automation controls (such as PLCs), and general building upkeep.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities including inspections, incidents, repairs performed; prepare detailed reports for regular management review.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in maintenance practices by evaluating tools, systems or workflows to enhance reliability, efficiency, sustainability across operations.

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering.
  • At least five to seven years of proven experience in maintenance or engineering roles within industrial or facility settings is essential; two to three years should include supervisory or managerial responsibilities overseeing teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems (including HVAC), electrical infrastructure (such as PLCs), utility networks as well as facility management best practices is expected.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing preventive/predictive maintenance programmes using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly valued.
  • A track record of successfully leading teams by motivating staff members towards shared goals while managing performance reviews and ongoing development initiatives is important.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities combined with diagnostic skills that enable quick resolution of technical problems under time-sensitive conditions are crucial for this role.
  • A thorough understanding of safety standards along with familiarity regarding relevant regulations/procedures applicable in industrial environments is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken English—are needed for effective coordination with internal departments as well as external vendors/contractors especially in multinational contexts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration across diverse teams while building trust-based relationships are key attributes sought after in candidates.
