This strategic role focuses on delivering exceptional workplace experiences, managing multiple locations, and driving operational excellence through collaboration and innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee workplace and facilities management across multiple locations in Southeast Asia, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services and safe, functional environments.
  • Lead complex projects and operational tasks related to office space planning, site services, sustainability initiatives, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to implement change initiatives and continuously improve workplace operations and employee experience.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and SLAs, ensuring services are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.
  • Partner with finance teams to develop annual operational budgets, manage forecasts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards across all sites, working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to strategic planning of workplace changes, employee relocations, and regional real estate needs in line with business requirements.
  • Lead a small team, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth through mentoring and training.

What you bring:

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in workplace or facilities management, ideally in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, office operations, and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and financial skills, with experience managing service providers and large operational budgets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing business needs.
