Continuous Improvement Engineer

Our client is a global leader in manufacturing of specialist filter solutions. They are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive sustainable improvement and build CI awareness within their organisation.

What you'll do:

• Drive sustainable improvement and build CI awareness within the organisation
• Ensure overall implementation of all CI activities to meet needs and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage Project management, supervision and control of CI processes
• Lead and initiate continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality, zero loss time and waste improvement
• Implement and conduct Engineering methodologies as an improvement tool for both business and process initiative to leverage productivity
• Provide sufficient training, coaching teams to run projects

What you bring:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering industrial or Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Technology
• At least 5 years experience working with operations enabling cost saving and process improvement
• Background in manufacturing environment from MNC
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma, TPM is a plus
• Ability to use Minitab software
