Sales Manager - Medical System Services Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Manager for their Medical System Services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a dynamic environment, with a focus on progression sales targets. You will be responsible for business development, offering long-term contracts to new and existing customers. The position is primarily based in Bangkok, with occasional travel required.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager in Medical System Services, you will play a pivotal role in developing new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones. Your primary responsibility will be selling service contracts and providing exceptional after-sales service. You will also manage the inflow and outflow of devices from hospitals. This role requires occasional travel for nationwide coverage, although most of your work will be based in Bangkok. With flexible KPIs that focus on progression, you have the freedom to shape your success.

  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Manage the inflow and outflow of devices from hospitals
  • Sell service contracts and provide after-sales service
  • Work towards flexible KPIs that will be discussed with the hiring manager
  • Sell long-term contracts ranging from 1-5 years
  • Travel occasionally for nationwide coverage, although most work will be in Bangkok

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role brings proven experience from the medical device industry, particularly in roles such as Business Development Manager or Service Manager. Your experience selling service contracts and providing after-sales service will be crucial in this role. You understand how to develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones, and are comfortable managing the inflow and outflow of devices from hospitals.
