What you'll do:

As an After Market Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's after-sales service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to steer and implement service enhancement projects, ensuring a superior customer experience. You will drive the Tool Service strategy within the Marketing Organisation, identifying areas for improvement and initiating necessary changes. Your commitment to achieving defined performance levels will be crucial, as will your ability to manage and inspire your team. A key part of your role will involve steering Lean transformation across the network, driving change management, and implementing global standards. You will also take ownership of performance drivers and support target setting.

  • Steer and implement the service enhancement projects to deliver superior Customer Experience.
  • Drive and execute the Tool Service strategy/standards in the Marketing Organization.
  • Identify and evaluate improvement potential, initiate change requests considering the impact and providing feedback to Global Process Management.
  • Accountable for achievement of defined performance level.
  • Manage and inspire people engaged in day-to-day operations.
  • Steer the Lean transformation in the function across the network.
  • Drive change management and implement global standards/processes.
  • Take ownership of performance drivers and support target setting.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the After Market Services Manager position brings a wealth of experience in operations/planning, backed by a B.E/B.Tech plus MBA qualification. You have solid commercial acumen coupled with project management experience. Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify areas for improvement and initiate necessary changes. With proven team management experience, you excel at inspiring your team towards achieving defined performance levels. Your excellent negotiation and communication skills are complemented by your proficiency in English. You have good knowledge of processes and systems such as SAP/BI, along with experience in stakeholder management.

  • Bacherlor degree or higher in Business, Engineering or other related fields.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in aftersales service or technical in industrial products.
  • Good commercial and Project Management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in Team Management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
  • Good process and system (SAP/BI) knowledge.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
