An exciting Technical Specialist (x1 vacancy) job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
About the Technical Specialist Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting activity to maintain the customer production line, supervising the activity of the technical staff of the distributor including technical training and inputting customer situation into CRM system. To analyse the failure ratio and parts demand prediction or any other field situation.
The salary package including base salary + bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to distributors in connection with trouble-shooting hardware and software performances issues
- Visit customer to diagnose the cause of incident and defects or malfunction
- Responding to the inquiries from customer and distributors about product or print quality trouble shooting by using communication tool (South East Asia and South Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal)
- Prepare report and share with customer/distributor/BMA
- Translate technical documents, if necessary
- Periodical report to BMA, attend regular meeting with BMA
- Participate trade exhibition and event to correspondent to inquiry of technical issues
The successful candidate must have at least five years experiences in printer industrial or similar role with a reputed national/ multi-national corporation.
Key Requirements:
- Good command over Thai and English (both written and spoken)
- Background of Printer technology, electronic engineering, colour management
- Good interpersonal skill
- At least five years experiences in printer industrial or similar role
