E&I Reliability Engineer

A international company is seeking a high-calibre E&I Reliability Engineer (x1 vacancy) based at Rayong plants to support an expanding business unit and oversee for all engineering & maintenance changes and operations improvement(projects), reporting directly to an Engineering Manager.

About the Electrical & Instrument Reliability Engineer:

You will play a vital role leading & supervising operations and maintenance team in performing for electrical & instrument maintenance, mainly in electrical areas, and engineering activities including preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance and developing strategies as well as controlling asset reliability due to expanding business. The role offers attractive bonus and allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance alignment with maintenance, reliability, and engineering project
• Establish systems to collect metrics, analyse data and set performance targets that will ensure long-term plan and daily operation to eliminate major issues and plant shutdown
• Ensure and troubleshooting that all maintenance activities and work orders are implemented in an effective manner and in compliance with quality, project improvement (construction completion), environment and safety practices (including HAZOP) and procedures
• Experience in electrical authorise person for switching 115/22 kV
• Lead, coordinate and manage the discipline groups and the project deliverable quality level to avoid non-value-added work to optimise internal & external stakeholders spent on tasks. Share and building team knowledge.
• Perform the development and allocation of team practices focused on outcome and continuous improvement

A talented and determined E&I Reliability Engineer equipped with solid background in electrical & instrument maintenance, engineering projects and chemical industries are required for this rewarding role.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering
• Minimum of five years of experience in a maintenance background especially electrical experience in construction project
• Experience in predictive and preventive maintenance in Chemical, Petrochemical or Refinery would be advantage
• Knowledge of international codes, standard specification, and 6-sigma techniques
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to handle and allocate with international/local vendors as well as internal related parties
• Proficiency of English and Thai is a must due to nature of its business
