An exciting Service & Maintenance Manager (x1 vacancy) job has arisen in a leading company in Bangkok.
About the Service & Maintenance Manager Role:
Due to excellent results, the Service & Maintenance Manager will play a key role in leading engineering team in providing exceptional service solution to internal and external stakeholders. This role offers competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility of service & spare parts sales to meet annual target. Cooperate among our internal teams until complete the job for customers
- Generate service and spare part sales (Project installation, Spare parts, PM sales, annual contract, etc.) from existing customers with good initiative
- To conduct regular visits providing technical support, assistance, and guidance as and when required, as well as help create new opportunity or inform opportunity to the team
- Support business line in customer training to create new opportunity as well as help provide information for new opportunity
- To provide technical support during breakdowns, over the phone and, when required on site
- To provide written reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management
- First level at emergency support (Help customer, keep informed, provide emergency solution & report to customer and organisation)
To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 10 years’ experience in maintenance of agriculture/ heavy machinery and equipment, min five years’ managerial level advantage
- Willing to be based in Udonthani or travel for business trip weekly
- Excellent in spoken and written English
