A leading industrial machinery is seeking for a high-calibre Regional Service Engineering Manager based in Bangkok (x1 vacancy)

About the Regional Service Engineering Manager Role:

Due to excellent results, the Regional Service Engineering Manager will play a key role in leading engineering team across SEA countries in providing exceptional service solution to customers. This role offers competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility of service & spare parts sales to meet annual target. Cooperate among our internal teams until complete the job for customers
• Generate service and spare part sales (Project installation, Spare parts, PM sales, annual contract, etc.) from existing customers with good initiative
• To conduct regular customer visits providing technical support, assistance, and guidance as and when required, as well as help create new opportunity or inform opportunity to the team
• Support business line and sales team in current customers by regularly visit during or customer training to create new opportunity as well as help provide information for new opportunity
• To provide the customer with technical support during breakdowns, over the phone and, when required on site
• To provide written reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management or the Customer
• First level at emergency support (Help customer, keep informed, provide emergency solution & report to customer and organisation)
• This position is located in Thailand supporting customers in all SEA customers

To succeed in this role, you must have good communincation skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 10 years’ experience in electric/ electronics equipment industry, min five years’ managerial level advantage, direct experience in machinery business with understanding continuous line and system integration
• Willing to travel for business trip domestically and internationally
• Excellent in spoken and written English
