Workshop Supervisor (Industrial Equipment)

A global industrial equipment company is seeking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor based in Samutprakarn (x1 vacancy).

About the Workshop Supervisor Role:

Due to excellent results, the Workshop Supervisor will play a key role in managing end-to-end operation in workshop. This role offers competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations in workshop to deliver exceptional services.
• Control and manage annual investment and budget of workshop department
• Responsible for cost productivity and service levels of customers in Thailand and the region
• Maintain internal efficiency, creating and consult improvement projects (Kaizen Project)
• Source and control tools, part, and inventory in adequate level
• Present for monthly meeting with management team to overview the overall performance and efficiency (KPI)
• Establish a growth-mindset among team member and ensure of adequate knowledge is provided

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Five years of experience in workshop operations with knowledge of maintenance and spare part management, three years of team supervision experience
• Possess entrepreneurial mindset, customer-oriented and strong understanding of service operations with proven track record of operational excellence
• Good in both written and spoken English
