Our client is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Wholesale Bankings and Market Securities Services regarding regulatory compliance tasks.
• Maintain an effective control compliance framework
• Ensure compliance with all relevant external laws and regulations
• Provide advisory services to ensure clear understanding of compliance risk exposure
• Stay at the forefront of key regulatory changes for proactive communication with business
• Act as independent trusted advisory in governance forums, issue management

Key Requirement:

• Significant leadership experience
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
