* Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, particularly the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), ensuring timely submission of reports and effective communication on all matters related to operational risk.
* Prepare high-quality risk reports and provide expert opinions to support strategic decision-making by the Board of Directors and senior management teams.
* Facilitate regular risk awareness training sessions and workshops to cultivate a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organisation.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage emerging digital risks, ensuring that new technologies are integrated safely into existing operations.
* Oversee the development of business continuity plans and crisis management protocols to enhance organisational resilience against potential disruptions.
* Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt risk management strategies in line with evolving best practices.
* Support audit processes by providing clear documentation and evidence of effective risk controls in place across all business units.

* Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues at all levels while fostering open dialogue around risk issues.
* Excellent analytical abilities allowing you to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements.
* Experience designing and delivering impactful training sessions or workshops aimed at increasing organisational awareness around operational risks.
