The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit and fraud risk policy development, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires proficiency in English for effective business communication, as well as hands-on experience with risk scoring systems, MIS tracking, and customer segmentation.
What you'll do:
As the Vice President of Credit and Fraud Risk Management, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative strategies to manage credit card risks. Your expertise in policy development, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial in shaping the company's approach to risk management. You will also play a pivotal role in designing the credit card underwriting process, selecting vendors for risk systems, building risk scoring systems, utilizing MIS for tracking key risk indicators, implementing customer segmentation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement credit card risk management policies in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Design and build up credit card underwriting process.
- Submit RFP (Request For Proposal) and BRS (Business Requirement Spec.) and co-work with project team.
- Conduct vendor selection for risk systems.
- Design, build, and maintain risk scoring systems and tools to assess and mitigate potential risks.
- Utilize MIS for tracking, reporting, and analysis of key risk indicators.
- Implement customer segmentation and manage model portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure comprehensive risk assessments.

- 4-year college degree. Majored in finance or statistics is a plus.
- 10 years’ experience in credit card risk management.
- Good communication skills in English.
