Head of Risk & Fraud (Auto Leas & Hire Purchase)

Our client is seeking a seasoned Head of Risk & Fraud Management to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic planning, policy implementation, and fraud prevention efforts within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fraud management, with a deep understanding of Consumer Finance/Hire Purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to manage fraud situations effectively.
• Oversee and execute fraud prevention and detection in loan application processes.
• Identify appropriate fraud investigation processes for both internal and external fraud cases.
• Perform timely fraud recovery from related parties and government units.
• Analyse fraud information/data to foresee risks and trends.
• Coordinate with related business units to manage fraud situations effectively.
• Provide Security Management service and cooperate with other units to execute aligned strategies for the business.
• Implement effective strategies to develop fraud management process under digitization.
• Lead strategic planning and policy implementation for effective fraud management.
• Oversee fraud prevention and detection processes.
• Provide training and coaching to enhance fraud management awareness.
