What you'll do:

- Work collaboratively with investment teams to ensure product offerings align with intermediary needs while maintaining brand integrity through close cooperation with marketing communications.

- Demonstrated expertise in building enduring relationships with private banks, retail banks, insurance companies, securities brokers, independent financial advisors, or digital platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial products combined with up-to-date understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks governing asset management businesses regionally or globally.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning and execution—translating market analysis into actionable sales initiatives that deliver measurable results for both partners and the organisation.
- Proven track record in sales management including developing marketing plans that drive asset acquisition while supporting distributor objectives.
- Strong background in business development—identifying new partnership opportunities while managing existing relationships for maximum value creation.
