About the Investment Associate Role:

Reporting directly to the Investment Director, you will be mainly responsible for participating in investment due diligence and performing financial analysis and forecast for projects in CLMV markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening of investment proposals
• Evaluating investment opportunities by sector, stage, and geography and presenting research
• Monitoring portfolio investments and perform Financial and Valuation analyses
• Participating in workshops, seminars and conferences related to financial management

To succeed in this role you must have minimum three years' experience in Investment Banking/ M&A/ Due Diligence particularly in Financial Services sector.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in finance related field
• Experience in banking, finance or accounting
• Structured and efficient work style
• Result oriented, and ability to work in small teams and with co-investment partners
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities in English
• Fluency in languages of the mandated countries in Asia is a plus
• Travelling in the region will be required
