Our client seeks a seasoned VP of Operations to lead their credit card operations. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, implementing processes, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should understand credit card processes, have excellent interpersonal skills, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do:

As a Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's credit card operation function. You will lead the design and implementation of new operational processes, manage day-to-day operations, set performance goals for your team, and monitor operational metrics. Your role will also involve developing change management strategies, communicating changes effectively to all stakeholders, providing training and support during transitions, integrating new technologies into operational processes, identifying technological solutions to improve efficiency, managing relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met, providing regular reports on process performance, analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement.

  • Lead the design and implementation of new credit card operational processes.
  • Manage and optimize processes post-implementation.
  • Conduct regular process audits and implement improvements.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for the team.
  • Monitor operational metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to staff during transitions.
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate new technologies into operational processes.
  • Identify and implement technological solutions to improve efficiency.

What you bring:

As the Vice President of Operations, you bring a wealth of experience in credit card operation functions along with proven team management skills. You have a track record of successfully implementing new processes or systems. Your strong understanding of credit card processes and compliance sets you apart from others. You possess excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with your team members as well as other stakeholders. Your exceptional presentation communication and negotiation skills make you an effective leader. Additionally, your proficiency in English, both verbal and written, enables you to communicate effectively in a business setting.

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in business.
  • 10+ years’ experience in credit card operation function with team management experience.
  • Experience in implementing new processes or systems.
  • Strong understanding of credit card processes and compliance.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with other people.
  • Excellent presentation communication, negotiation skill.
  • Proficient English communication skills for business communication, both verbal and written.
