Fund Registrar (Assistant - Manager)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Fund Registrar Manager to join a dynamic team in Bangkok. This role offers the chance to utilise your expertise in fund management and operations, while contributing to the success of a leading organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily buying and selling activities, managing money transfers, and ensuring smooth account transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the regular buying and selling list daily and reconcile the purchase price of investment units from sales representatives.
  • Manage money transfer reports and complete the transfer of money for purchasing investment units.
  • Ensure the reconciliation of money paid back to unit holders.
  • Handle account opening/closing transactions, including checking KYC documents, CDD of customers, and trading transactions through Work system.
  • Oversee the allocation list and manage transactions to transfer money to redeem investment units.
  • Set up detailed information of various funds to establish a base for entering the work system.
  • Prepare records to check the registration information of unitholders.
  • Generate various related external/internal reports.
  • Participate in developing and testing work systems to support industry changes, such as Fundconnext/related internal systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow or solve related problems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, finance, management, business administration or other related fields.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in unit-holder registrar work.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of fund registration systems and fund account opening.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems in fund registration in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
