What you'll do:

As Head of Investor Relations based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with shaping how the organisation is perceived by current and prospective investors across both traditional finance channels and emerging crypto markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve crafting clear narratives that demystify blockchain technology for a broad audience while supporting executive leadership through strategic communications. You will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all investor-facing materials are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. By actively engaging with key stakeholders—from institutional investors to retail shareholders—you will gather valuable feedback that informs management decisions. * Develop and articulate a compelling investment story that translates complex blockchain technology and tokenomics into accessible language for both institutional and retail investors.
* Manage all aspects of the equity story for core business operations as well as digital asset initiatives, ensuring consistency across presentations, fact sheets, earnings materials, and corporate updates.
* Prepare detailed investor presentations, briefing notes for senior executives, and support messaging for strategic transactions such as fundraising rounds, share issuances, warrants, convertibles, and mergers or acquisitions.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, venture capitalists, family offices, and retail shareholders by organising Opportunity Day events, analyst briefings, and one-on-one or group investor meetings.
* Gather investor feedback proactively and provide actionable insights to management teams to enhance market positioning and overall investor relations strategy.
* Coordinate quarterly and annual results announcements in collaboration with internal teams; review press releases and investor materials for accuracy and consistency.
* Work closely with Investment Team, Legal Department, Corporate Secretary, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow while maintaining confidentiality around sensitive data.
* Ensure all public disclosures—including earnings releases, MD&A reports, and regulatory filings—comply fully with SET/SEC regulations regarding both corporate activities and digital asset business lines.
* Monitor crypto market trends, competitor projects in the digital asset space, regulatory changes within the Web3 ecosystem, shareholder composition shifts, stock price volatility, peer performance metrics, valuation multiples, and overall market sentiment.
* Lead communication efforts during periods of extreme market volatility or regulatory uncertainty typical in the fast-evolving digital asset sector.

* Strong understanding of capital markets dynamics including fundraising processes, share issuances, convertible instruments, M&A activity, valuation methodologies, and financial reporting standards.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport with institutional investors, venture capitalists, family offices, analysts, regulators, legal advisors, internal teams—and manage these relationships with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Experience preparing high-quality investor presentations, earnings materials, fact sheets; adept at synthesising large volumes of information into concise executive summaries.
* Familiarity with SET/SEC regulations governing public disclosures for both corporate entities and digital asset businesses; meticulous attention to detail when reviewing regulatory filings or press releases.
* Analytical mindset capable of monitoring crypto market trends; assessing peer performance; tracking valuation multiples; interpreting shareholder structure changes; providing actionable insights based on data-driven analysis.
* Comfortable leading communication efforts during crisis situations—such as periods of heightened market volatility or regulatory uncertainty—while maintaining composure under pressure.
* Collaborative approach that values teamwork across departments (Investment Team/Legal/Corporate Secretary) while respecting confidentiality requirements around sensitive information flows.
